Since Macrosia does not charge for any features or services, there are no payments to refund. All features are available to all users at no cost.
If you previously had a paid subscription before Macrosia became free in November 2025, your subscription was automatically canceled and you were not charged for any future billing periods.
All features previously available only to paid subscribers are now available to all users for free.
