Macrosia — Refund Policy

We want you to love Macrosia. Here's how refunds work:

Money‑back guarantee (first payment)

If you're not satisfied, request a refund within 14 days of your first payment (monthly or annual).

Refund Details

Monthly (Pro)

Monthly subscriptions are non‑refundable once a billing period starts, but you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.

Annual (Pro Annual)

After the 14‑day guarantee window, annual fees are non‑refundable, and service continues until the end of the term. Renewals of annual subscriptions are non‑refundable once the new term begins.

Trials & promos

If you cancel before a trial ends, you won't be charged. If you continue past the trial, the plan becomes billable and follows the rules above.

How to request a refund / manage billing

  • You can cancel online in the app at any time via Settings → Billing → Cancel (or through our hosted billing portal). You may also contact support, but online cancellation is always available and sufficient.
  • If your purchase was processed by our merchant of record (e.g., Lemon Squeezy), refunds will be issued according to that provider's process. We'll guide you if you email us.

Legal rights

Local consumer laws may give you additional rights. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived.
