Your first day with Macrosia
Set up useful targets, log a meal, and connect activity in a few focused steps.
Open MacrosiaStep 1
Create your account
Open Macrosia and use one of the sign-in options shown. Authentication is handled securely through Clerk.
Step 2
Complete your profile
Add the profile details needed for Smart Targets, then review the suggested calorie and macro goals before saving.
Step 3
Log your first meal
Upload a clear food photo or describe the meal and portions in plain language. Review the estimated nutrition and edit details when needed.
Step 4
Use AI Coach
After logging meals, generate a critique to see patterns and general suggestions for your day. AI output is informational, not medical advice.
Step 5
Track activity
Add workouts manually or connect Strava from Profile Settings. The Activities view shows sync status and lets you refresh recent activities.
Current daily limits
Every account currently includes up to 10 meals, 10 activities, and 10 AI critiques per day. No payment information is required.
Common questions
Can I correct an AI estimate?
Yes. Add preparation details and portions when possible, then edit the generated entry before or after saving.
Does Strava replace manual activity entry?
No. You can use either method. Strava imports recent supported activities; manual entry remains available for everything else.
Can I use Macrosia on mobile?
Yes. Macrosia is responsive and can be added to your home screen as a progressive web app.
How is my data protected?
Macrosia uses TLS in transit, encryption at rest, and access controls. See the Privacy Policy for details.
