Release details
Strava is now integrated directly into Macrosia, bringing training activity and nutrition tracking together in one daily view.
Connect Once, Keep Activities Current
Connect Strava from Profile Settings. Macrosia can then import recent activities and calories burned, refresh stale data automatically when you open today's Activities view, or sync immediately when you choose Sync Now.
More Useful Workout Context
Imported activities are clearly marked as coming from Strava and include available workout metrics such as distance, elevation, heart rate, and calories. Local activity times are preserved so workouts appear where you expect them in the timeline.
Reliability Across the App
This update also includes newer AI models, more resilient AI Coach request handling, more reliable dashboard loading, and fixes for meal creation and production sign-in issues.
